Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our dynamic team. The Urologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with urological conditions. Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological disorders, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, incontinence, and cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory tests. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include medications, lifestyle modifications, and surgical procedures. Perform urological surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. Provide postoperative care and follow-up to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, oncologists, and nephrologists, to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Participate in hospital committees and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. Stay current with advancements in urology by attending professional development activities, conferences, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:
Medical degree MCH/DNB from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited urology residency program. Valid state medical license. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Proficiency in urological surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
